Mr. Qian Guanlin, Deputy Secretary General of SAT Party Leadership Group, SAT Deputy Commissioner.

Mr. Qian Guanlin was born in October 1946 in Funing, Jiangsu Province. He started his career in October 1967 and joined the Communist Party of China in September 1973. He graduated from Shanghai Foreign Trade Institute, majoring in English.

Mr. Qian was appointed SAT Deputy Commissioner (Minister level) and Deputy Secretary of the SAT Party Leadership Group in April 2001. Prior to that, he had served as Deputy Head and Member of the Party Leadership Group of Guangzhou Customs Office, Deputy Director General and Deputy Secretary General of the Party Leadership Group of the Guangdong Customs Office, Director General and Secretary General of the Party Leadership Group of the Guangdong Customs Office, Deputy Commissioner and Member of the Party Leadership Group of the General Customs Office, Commissioner and Secretary General of the Party Leadership Group of the General Customs Office.

Mr. Qian is Alternate Member of the 15th CPC Central Committee, Member of the 14th CPC Central Disciplinary Committee, Member of the Central Public Security Committee, Member of the Central Spiritual Construction Steering Committee, Deputy of the 15th and 16th CPC.
