Mrs. Song Lan, Chief Accountant and Member of the SAT Party Leadership Group.

Mrs. Songlan was born in Shouguang, Shangdong Province in May 1954. She started her career in January 1972 and joined the CPC in May 1976. She has got a Master's Degree.Mrs. Songlan was appointed Chief Accountant of SAT in August 2001 and Member of the Party Leadership Group of SAT in October 2004. Prior to that, she had served as Secretary of the Youth League Committee and a member of the CPC Committee in the Finance Bureau in Qingdao, Shandong Province, Director, Deputy Director, Head and Party Secretary of Qingdao Municipal SAT office, Director General and Party Secretary of the Shangdong Provincial SAT office.
