Major duties:
(1) To research and draw up regulations and rules of provincial office affairs and organize the implementation.
(2) To draw up plan, policy and method of logistics reform of provincial organs and organize the implementation; to guide logistics management and service of provincial organs.
(3) To draw up state-owned assets managing method of provincial organs and execute management on the state-owned assets owned by provincial organs and public institutions on behalf of the owners and carry out centralized management.
(4) To draw up the managing method of house property and landed property of provincial organs, take charge of the management of landed property and public house property of provincial organs; to take charge of construction of unified items and supervision management of funds; to take charge of the auditing work of basic construction item of public house of provincial organs; to take charge of the program and adjustment of executive house of provincial organs; to take charge of the program and the approval of selling of public house of provincial organs; to guide the property management of provincial units.
(5) To take charge of specific organization and implementation of government purchase of provincial organs and public institutions.
(6) To take charge of organization, plan, equipment, purchase and disposal and funds management of public cars of provincial organs and public institutions; to draw up vehicle managing method and supervise the implementation.
(7) To draw up reform policy and method of house system of provincial organs and organize implementation; to manage public accumulation fund for housing construction, payment of selling houses and house maintenance funds of provincial organs.
(8) To take charge of telephone communication and relevant management service of provincial organs.
(9) To take charge of the management service of comprehensive office buildings of provincial government.
(10) To guide the spiritual civilization construction of provincial organs.
(11) To take charge of the coordination and service of the municipal offices in Zhengzhou directly under the supervision of Henan provincial government.
(12) To undertake other matters assigned by the provincial government.
