Cao Jianlin, vice president of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) met with a delegation led by his Thai counterpart Pravich Rattanapian, minister of Science and Technology in Beijing on May 16.

After the meeting, Cao and Rattanapian signed an AOU for S&T cooperation between CAS and Thai Ministry of Science and Technology on behalf of their organizations. The two sides also decided to jointly hold a workshop each year to discuss the form and contents of their cooperation.

CAS Vice Secretary-general Guo Huadong and Minister of the Royal Thai Embassy in China Sakarn Suthipradit were present at the event.
