Bangladeshi Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina arrived in Beijing Wednesday evening to start a five-day official visit to China.

During Hasina's visit, Chinese President Hu Jintao and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress Wu Bangguo are expected to meet her. Premier Wen Jiabao will hold talks with her.

Besides Beijing, Hasina will also visit Kunming, capital of southwest China's Yunnan Province.
